The Idea
To deliver a three-day interactive Golf Show where brands could showcase their products as well as having activations for people attending to make it a memorable experience for all attending.
The Process
The team had to identify suitable venues, and then from there design the look and feel of the event. The layout took a lot of consideration to ensure it met all of the requirements and showcased everything in the correct way, as well as being an enjoyable experience for the people attending. Once all of this was agreed, the Production team expertly planned built and delivered.
The Product
The chosen venue was Event City in Manchester. Within the 120M x 80M hall, Provision built an indoor driving range, chipping challenge, a bunker and golf simulators for people to have a go at. Alongside this there was a retail shop, fashion area, catering facility and an academy stage. In total 26 golf brands attended and showcased their latest equipment to over 6,500 people.
